Lee Ann Buras has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field in several states and various industries. In her role as Executive Consultant, Human Resources for Medical Management Services, Lee Ann specializes in compliance, procedures, conflict management, benefits, recruiting and team leadership.
Lee Ann’s career in Human Resources spanned several industries to include healthcare, banking, energy industrial processes, education, home construction and tribal gaming/business ventures. She has worked in multi-state operations to include LA, TX, FL, MS, GA, SC, NC, NM, AZ, and WA. During her broad spectrum of human resource experiences, Lee Ann has worked successfully in employee relations, strategic business planning, corporate policy and procedure development, recruitment, and leadership development.
Lee Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education from Nicholls State University and a Master of Science from Louisiana State University. She presently holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP national certifications.
