Rebecca Griener has over 28 years of experience in the human resource profession. As Executive Consultant for Medical Management Services, Rebecca is entrusted with planning, leading, directing, developing and coordinating the policies, activities related to human resources while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of client vision and talent strategies.

Rebecca began her healthcare career with Baptist Health Care for more than 23 years in progressive human resource positions. Additionally, she has partnered independent insurance brokers, covering clients in the mid-Atlantic region.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She has earned certifications as Senior Certified Professional from SHRM, Certified Professional in Human Resources from HRCI, and Certified Healthcare Human Resources professional from ASHHRA.
